What style of Caterer are we?

We are completely bespoke so we can more or less create any dish for you, although we do have some sample menu’s available for people to take a look at we love the process of creating new ones with you

How do you book us for your event?

Your date isn’t secure with us until we have received your completed booking form and a non refundable booking fee of £500 for a Wedding (Event Specific).

Do we offer a bar service?

We can provide staff to serve your alcohol or we can pop you in touch with some great suppliers.

Our costings

We offer an all inclusive price, no hidden charges, we simply offer you a cost of your menu and all you need to do it multiply this by the number of your guests

Tastings

The best bit! We offer a “Try before you buy” so this way you can come along for a cost of £50pp to try your delicious menu to make sure we are right for you or if you are sure we are your caterer get that date booked with us & try your menu at a later stage.

“We normally work”  Monday- Friday 9-5pm but we can work with you to find a convenient time & day to catch up

How things work at F4D Events?

Have you chosen us to be your caterer for your special event, if so, this is what happens next!

 

We ask for all your details of your event including availability to ensure we can cater for your event.

 

We will then match up our diary’s and get you booked in for your Wedding Menu consultation with a member of our friendly team.

 

Once you are happy with your Menu & quote, we will send you a booking form and invoice for a non-refundable booking fee to secure your date with us!

 

NEXT STEPS

  • Your Taste Sensation - We conduct all tastings throughout the day & Evening. Summer Months especially are extremely busy so we recommend getting a date booked in sooner rather than later, we will help match up our diary’s for this.

  • 6 Months before prior to eventwe will require 25% of your predicted final bill to be settled

  • 12 Weeks Prior to your event – We will be in touch with you to confirm your final plans for your event, Table plans & Timings at this point are vital for smooth planning of your event.

  • Five Weeks Prior to your event – Your final invoice will be issued to you based on your final confirmation
